I am a private landlord and own a handful of properties in the best area in Loughborough.
In July 2004 I graduated from Loughborough uni and therefore have first hand experience in what we were looking for when we rented somewhere to live.

Other than the best location (which is guaranteed), we wanted:

	Double beds
	Dishwashers
	New gaffs
	No bills
	Power showers
	Gas hobs
	Laminate floorings
	Washing machines
	and of course broadband access

We also only wanted one monthly payment to cover everything and would have loved someone to treat us in the manner we deserved to be treated and not as some sort of dirt rags. Well, we struggled to find it.

Having lived in rented accommodation during my second year which was - quite frankly, appalling – I promised myself that I would not allow any student living in any one of my houses to go through what I went through.

All my houses are completely gutted and renovated to the highest standard. I don’t believe in cutting corners, skimping and saving or second hand stuff.

It is often said that quality speaks for itself.

It does.
