Reflection and analysis at TopLets is constant. The existing processes, rental packages and properties are constantly reviewed and evaluated. We endeavour to ensure our students and landlords are receiving the best service possible and the investment remains protected moving forward. TopLets is proactive and not reactive to the evolving market place from the angles of both students and Landlords.

Marketing & Brand Awareness:

Alongside our two office locations a series of mediums are employed to ensure that our USP and brand is visible to our customers throughout our marketplace. This is such that our brand ethos is evoked via our tenants resulting in a self-promoting brand. We strategically encourage this method to streamline advertisement, in turn increasing and maintaining brand awareness.

Man to Man Management:

The TopLets team adopts a holistic approach whereby each member understands the processes involved in the smallest tasks through to the most complex.

The team consist of five members, four full time and one-part time. A determining skill is that each of the managed properties are fully understood and can be recalled when required therefore providing the Landlord or Tenants with
a superior experience when called upon.

Relationships and Reputation:

There is an understanding that the on going success of the company can be influenced by the relationships established. High value is placed upon the working relationships we have with the University, the local council, trades-
people, Landlords and students alike. This ensures our ethos is understood and delivered, communication links are strong between all parties and common goals are achieved. As a consequence of our excellent reputation Loughborough University deemed it beneficial to the student experience for our second management office to be located within Loughborough University campus.

Synergy & Education:

Working closely with our landlords is paramount to our on-going success.Educating them to ensure the interpretation of expectations is delivered and the full benefit of the investment is realised in terms of property standards and rent received. Furthermore, the understanding of the requirements from the student audience and delivering this in a tangible service that can change and adapt for individual needs whereby maintaining a healthy balance between Tenant and Landlord.
