All our Loughborough university student apartments are completely refurbished to the highest of standards and really do come fully loaded with all the mod coms.

We understand that student life can be hectic, so we aim to provide easy, stress-free living for our tenants. The advertised rents are inclusive of bills meaning you have one monthly payment to make, and we take care of the rest.

Unless stated otherwise, the rent that you pay includes the cost of water (unlimited), Gas and electricity (included to a capped amount), Tv license, bedroom contents insurance, WIFI, and gardening.

Prices between £100 – £300 pppw inclusive of bills.

Our group has been a particularly "tricky" group over the last year & TOPLETS have always dealt with us efficiently & professionally. The house was a great house with big, well maintained bedrooms & living spaces. Any issues that we had (washing machine broke, shower leak) were dealt with quickly as soon as we reported. They also have good, easy communication with the tenants throughout using whatsapp.
