Do I have to pay council tax?

Providing that you are a full time student at University, you are exempt from paying council tax. We collect your unique Student ID number and pass this onto the council so that your exemption is processed. If, for whatever reason, you were to drop out of full time education during the tenancy or you are not a student, you are liable for the council tax due on the property.
