How does parking work with TOPLETS houses?

For houses within the ‘student triangle’, Charnwood Borough Council operate permitted on-street parking available at properties. Each house is allocated 2 parking permits, which can be purchased for £50 each from the Council’s website. This will allow you to park in your house’s parking zone for the entire academic year. Our out-of-town properties are mainly located in unpermitted zones and often have off-street parking available. Please get in touch with us if you have any specific parking requirements.
