When do I pay my rent?

The tenancy is set up for monthly payments. There are a few payment plans that you can also take advantage of, whereby you can pay your rent upfront for the year and qualify for a 2.5% discount. You can request to pay alongside your student loan or other specific payment plan but this is dependent on the size of your property/group and is always at the landlord’s discretion.
