When do our houses start letting?

The letting period gets earlier each year, so our advice is to be as proactive as possible so that you do not miss out on your perfect ‘home away from home’. Many students form their household group during the Autumn term and start house hunting straight-away, in preparation for the following academic year. Our busiest letting period is October-December with the majority of houses being taken before Christmas. The sooner you secure your accommodation with us for next year, the better.
